Blessing

Dear God,
I am writing you this note today even though you already know my thoughts, my heart and all the words I will try to form.

Please bless me this day with simple things:
~Awareness of those who love and care for me.
~Compassion for someone who is feeling down.
~Forgiveness for the one who goofed up. (Maybe even myself?)
~Gentle reminders that your love for me in Jesus never ever changes.

In every day I am blessed by your peace and your love. It shines into my life with promise and strength.
Please God, allow me the honor to reflect those blessings out into the lives of others this day.
